The Bicton Blister is a 10 mile multi-terrain race on Woodbury Common in East Devon, starting and finishing at Bicton College, the start and finish are short road sections, with the remainder of the race being on sandy, stony and muddy paths across the Commons of East Devon, The Bicton Lite is the Bicton Blister's little Brother, 4.5 miles same start and finish, just less distance on the Commons |

Sports and remedial massage treatments from The Massage Clinic A team of therapists from The Massage Clinic will be actively supporting this year’s Bicton Blister by offering sports and remedial massage treatments to runners as part of their warm up and a warm down routine. Having a pre-event treatment can help athletes prepare for high intensity activity by loosening the muscles and stimulating oxygen and blood flow. A post-event massage aids recovery by reducing muscle soreness and fatigue and releasing the build-up of lactic acid. You will find the team’s mobile clinic and massage tables inside the main hall at Bicton College on race day. A 20 minute tailored treatment will cost £8 – 50% of all proceeds will be donated to Force, a local cancer charity. Come along and experience the benefits of a professional massage treatment.
